천마리(이하 "앱")는 원앤톤(won&tone, 대표 황지원)이 Apple App Store에서 판매하는 유료 앱으로, 소원을 적어 종이학으로 접고 천 마리로 병을 채우는 개인용 앱입니다. 앱은 소원이 이루어진다고 약속하지 않습니다. 앱을 이용할 때는 Apple의 이용약관도 함께 적용됩니다.
이용자가 쓴 소원은 이용자의 것입니다. 소원은 이용자의 기기에 저장되고, 기기에서 iCloud에 로그인한 경우 이용자 본인의 iCloud에도 저장되며, 회사는 받지 않습니다. 쓴 내용에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
앱은 모든 내용을 이용자의 기기에 저장하므로, 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 초기화하거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 병이 사라집니다. iCloud 동기화가 이 위험을 줄이지만 복구를 보장하지는 않습니다. 회사는 소원의 사본을 갖고 있지 않아 잃어버린 데이터를 되살릴 수 없습니다.
천마리는 App Store에서 한 번 구매하는 앱이며 구독, 앱 안 결제, 광고가 없습니다. 환불과 청약철회는 환불 안내(cheonmari.vercel.app/refund)를 따릅니다. 대한민국 이용자는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따른 청약철회 권리를 가집니다. 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 구매한 경우 미성년자 본인 또는 법정대리인은 그 계약을 취소할 수 있습니다(「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제13조 제3항, 「민법」 제5조).
앱은 열릴 때 회사 웹사이트의 공지 파일을 읽어 업데이트나 서비스 공지를 보여 줄 수 있으며, 안전한 동기화를 위해 업데이트가 필요하면 계속하기 전에 업데이트를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이때도 소원은 기기에 그대로 남습니다. 회사는 운영상 필요에 따라 앱의 판매나 업데이트를 그만두거나 App Store에서 내릴 수 있으며, 그만두는 경우 이 웹사이트에 알립니다. 이미 설치한 앱은 회사 서버 없이도 작동합니다.
앱은 있는 그대로 제공되며, 회사는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 앱 이용으로 생긴 손해(저장한 내용의 손실 포함)에 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 과실로 생긴 손해는 법령에 따라 책임집니다. 이 조는 이용자가 사는 나라의 법이 보장하며 계약으로 배제할 수 없는 소비자 보증과 권리(예: 호주 소비자법의 소비자 보증)를 제한하지 않습니다.
약관을 바꾸면 바뀐 내용과 시행일을 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 바뀐 약관은 게시한 뒤에 하는 구매에 적용하며, 이미 구매한 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 그 이용자의 동의 없이 적용하지 않습니다. 이 약관은 한국어판과 영어판으로 게시하며 두 판의 내용이 다르면 이용자에게 유리한 쪽을 따릅니다. 같은 내용의 프랑스어판(cheonmari.vercel.app/terms-fr)도 게시하며, 퀘벡에 사는 소비자에게는 프랑스어판이 우선합니다. 이전 약관은 여기(2026년 10월 17일 ~ 2026년 10월 23일 적용)에서 볼 수 있습니다.
천마리는 현재 유럽연합, 유럽경제지역, 영국, 스위스, 중국 본토, 브라질에서 판매하지 않습니다. (2026년 10월 27일 미국 판매 시작에 맞춰 판매하지 않는 지역에서 미국을 뺐습니다.)
이 약관은 대한민국 법에 따릅니다. 다만 이용자가 거주하는 나라의 법이 보장하는 소비자 보호 권리는 그대로 적용됩니다. 분쟁은 서로 협의해 해결하도록 노력하며, 협의가 되지 않으면 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

Cheonmari (the "app") is a paid app sold on the Apple App Store by Won&Tone (representative Jiwon Hwang). It is a personal app for writing a wish, folding it into a paper crane, and filling a jar with one thousand of them. The app makes no promise that any wish will come true. Apple's terms of use also apply when you use the app.
The wishes you write are yours. They are stored on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud on the device, in your own iCloud; we never receive them. You are responsible for what you write.
Because the app stores everything on your device, deleting the app, resetting the device, or clearing the app's data removes your jars. iCloud sync reduces this risk but does not guarantee recovery. We do not hold a copy of your wishes, so we cannot restore lost data.
Cheonmari is a one-time purchase on the App Store, with no subscriptions, in-app purchases or advertising. Refunds and withdrawals follow our Refund Policy (cheonmari.vercel.app/refund). Consumers in the Republic of Korea have the right of withdrawal under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. If a minor buys the app without the consent of their legal representative, the minor or the legal representative may cancel the contract (Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Article 13(3), and Civil Act, Article 5).
When it opens, the app reads a notice file on our website and may show an update or service notice; if an update is needed to keep sync working safely, the app may ask you to update before you continue. Your wishes stay on your device. We may stop selling or updating the app, or remove it from the App Store, as needed for our operations, and we will say so on this website if we do. A copy you have already installed works without our servers.
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including loss of stored content. However, we are liable under the law for loss caused by our intent or negligence. Nothing in this section limits any consumer guarantee or right that the law of the country where you live gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract (for example, the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law).
If we change these terms, we will post the changes and their effective date on this page. Changed terms apply to purchases made after they are posted; a change that is unfavorable to someone who has already bought the app does not apply to them without their consent. These terms are published in Korean and English; if the two differ, the version more favorable to you applies. A French version with the same content is published at cheonmari.vercel.app/terms-fr; for consumers in Québec the French version prevails. The previous terms are here (applied October 17, 2026 to October 23, 2026).
Cheonmari is not currently sold in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, mainland China or Brazil. (On October 27, 2026, the United States was removed from this list because Cheonmari is now sold there.)
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This does not take away the consumer protection rights given by the law of the country where you live. We will try to resolve disputes by agreement; if that fails, they will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
