1. 한 번 구매하는 앱

천마리는 한 번 구매하는 앱입니다. 구독, 앱 안 결제, 정기 결제가 없습니다.

2. 환불 요청 방법

구매는 Apple이 처리하므로 환불은 Apple에 요청합니다. reportaproblem.apple.com에 Apple 계정으로 로그인해 천마리를 찾은 뒤 환불 요청을 선택하세요. 이곳에 낸 요청은 Apple이 App Store 약관에 따라 정합니다.

앱이 작동하지 않으면 기기 모델과 iOS 버전을 적어 dev.jiwonnie@gmail.com으로 알려 주세요. 회사 쪽 결함 때문에 앱을 쓰지 못했다면 Apple에 낸 환불 요청을 돕겠습니다.

3. 대한민국 이용자의 청약철회

대한민국 이용자는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」(이하 "전자상거래법") 제17조에 따라 계약 내용에 관한 서면을 받은 날(앱을 그보다 늦게 받았다면 앱을 받은 날)부터 7일 이내에 청약철회를 할 수 있습니다. 앱이 표시, 광고된 내용과 다르거나 계약 내용과 다르게 제공된 경우에는 앱을 받은 날부터 3개월 이내, 그 사실을 안 날 또는 알 수 있었던 날부터 30일 이내에 할 수 있습니다. 앱을 내려받아 사용했더라도 이 기간 안이면 철회할 수 있습니다.

방법: reportaproblem.apple.com에서 Apple에 환불을 요청하거나, dev.jiwonnie@gmail.com으로 이메일을 보내거나, 아래 주소로 서면을 보내 철회할 수 있습니다. 앱 이름(천마리)과 구입한 날을 적어 주시면 빨리 처리할 수 있습니다.
효과: 앱은 돌려줄 필요가 없으며, 대금은 철회한 날부터 3영업일 안에 환급됩니다. Apple을 통해 결제한 수단으로 환급하는 것이 원칙이며, 그렇게 할 수 없을 때는 그 사실과 환급 방법을 미리 알려 드립니다. 환급이 늦어지면 늦어진 기간에 대해 연 15%의 지연배상금을 지급합니다. 철회를 이유로 위약금이나 손해배상을 청구하지 않습니다. 회사는 전자상거래법에 따라 Apple과 함께 환급 책임을 집니다.
분쟁: 불만과 분쟁은 dev.jiwonnie@gmail.com으로 받아 처리합니다. 해결되지 않으면 한국소비자원(국번 없이 1372)에 피해구제를 신청할 수 있습니다.

그 밖의 나라 이용자는 Apple의 환불 정책과 거주하는 나라의 법이 정한 권리에 따릅니다.

4. 개인정보와 약관

환불과 문의를 위해 보내 주신 이메일의 처리는 개인정보 처리방침(cheonmari.vercel.app/privacy)을, 이용 조건은 이용약관(cheonmari.vercel.app/terms)을 따릅니다. 이 안내는 한국어판과 영어판으로 게시하며, 두 판의 내용이 다르면 이용자에게 유리한 쪽을 따르고, 이 안내와 법이 다르면 법을 따릅니다.

Cheonmari Refund Policy

1. One-time purchase

Cheonmari is bought once. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no recurring charge.

2. How to request a refund

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find Cheonmari and choose Request a refund. Apple decides requests made there under the App Store terms.

If the app does not work, write to dev.jiwonnie@gmail.com with your device model and iOS version. If a defect on our side prevented you from using the app, we will support your refund request to Apple.

3. Withdrawal for consumers in the Republic of Korea

Under Article 17 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (the "Act"), consumers in the Republic of Korea may withdraw a purchase within 7 days from the day they receive the written contract details (or from the day they receive the app, if later). If the app differs from how it was described or advertised, or is provided differently from the contract, they may withdraw within 3 months of receiving the app and within 30 days of the day they learned or could have learned of it. Downloading or using the app does not take away this right within these periods.

How: request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, email dev.jiwonnie@gmail.com, or send a written notice to the address below. Including the app name (Cheonmari) and the purchase date helps us act quickly.
Effect: you do not need to return the app, and the price is refunded within 3 business days of your withdrawal. Refunds are normally made to the payment method you used through Apple; if that is not possible, we will tell you so and how you will be refunded before we refund you. If the refund is late, we pay delay compensation at 15% per year for the delay. We do not charge any penalty or claim damages for a withdrawal. Under the Act, we are jointly responsible with Apple for the refund.
Disputes: complaints and disputes go to dev.jiwonnie@gmail.com. If a dispute is not resolved, you can apply for relief to the Korea Consumer Agency (1372 in Korea).

Customers in other countries are covered by Apple's refund policy and the rights given by the law of the country where they live.

4. Privacy and terms

Emails you send for refunds and questions are handled under our Privacy Policy (cheonmari.vercel.app/privacy), and use of the app is governed by our Terms of Use (cheonmari.vercel.app/terms). This policy is published in Korean and English; if the two differ, the version more favorable to you applies, and where this policy and the law differ, the law applies.
